2 Account Registration and Accuracy of Information
To open an account at 299bet, providing accurate and complete information is mandatory. The name, date of birth, mobile number and other details provided at registration must be genuine and current.
2.1 One Account Policy
Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If more than one account is found for the same person or family member, all accounts may be immediately closed and funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
To ensure security and prevent fraud, 299bet reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. If identity verification is required, a copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements

Providing false information about age when creating an account will result in permanent account closure and cancellation of all deposited funds. 299bet may request proof of age at any time.

4 Account Security and Password

5.2 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframes
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, if verification is required, processing may be delayed.

5.3 Transaction Authenticity

6 Bonus and Promotion Terms
299bet offers various promotions and bonuses from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before accepting.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
For new members, 299bet offers a welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning a total of ৳10,000 in bets must be placed for a ৳1,000 bonus.
6.2 General Bonus Policy
- A bonus offer applies only once per person or household.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
- The weekly cashback benefit of the VIP programme has its own applicable terms and conditions.
- 299bet reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
- Any bonus must be used within a specified period, otherwise it will expire.
7 Betting Rules and Fair Play
All betting activities at 299bet are conducted fairly and transparently. General rules for sports betting and casino games are set out below.
7.1 Sports Betting
The result of each bet is calculated according to the defined rules. If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. In a multi-bet, if one selection loses, the entire bet is lost.
7.2 Casino Games
All casino games at 299bet are operated by recognised software providers. Each game has its own RTP and rules, which can be viewed within the game. In live casino games, the live dealer's decision is final.
- If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, 299bet reserves the right to void that round.
- Use of automated betting software or bots is prohibited.

8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 299bet platform and may result in permanent account closure if violated:

9 Account Suspension and Closure Policy
299bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity or dishonest conduct.
- Failure to provide documents required for verification.
- Providing false information or identity fraud.
- Order from a court or government authority.
A user may also close their own account, in which case they must contact the support team. Any outstanding bets or pending withdrawals must be settled before the account is closed.

10 Limitation of Liability
The services of the 299bet platform are provided "as is". If the service is temporarily unavailable due to a technical error, disconnection or any other reason, 299bet is not obliged to provide compensation for this.
- If a bet is missed due to an issue with the user's own device or internet connection, 299bet is not liable.
- 299bet is not liable for delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
- The user bears full responsibility for any financial losses from gambling.
- 299bet does not promise guaranteed winnings.
11 Privacy and Data Protection
